Well it's been over a month that I have joined this gym, and yes at first I wasn't regular, and now I don't miss a day, this is the type of motivation they have given to me, and I am so glad I made this choice of choosing this gym, and I can tell by the number of customers they have, they must be doing an amazing job. Hands down, best choice I've made training at sturdy fitness,VERY friendly team Sourav, vivek , Prashant, Debashi, Aviral and everyone ,who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave, working out has become the highlight of my day. It's very clean, fresh , good music, equipments are in very good condition, they do have special MMA(mixed marshal arts) classes, which is phenomenal. All the trainers are very professional and humble, along with personal training and diet chart, they are very motivating and they push us to reach our goals. I would definitely recommend this gym. <3

Great Training The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. Important highlights of this gym: 1. Trainers are really very helpful, they will guide you with each and every exercise. 2. Very nice ambience. 3. Weights and modern equipments. 4. Dietician is also available. 5. Certified trainers. 6. Gym fee is highly affordable as compared to other gyms with similar amenities. And I m not getting any money for promotion, I workout at this gym and I can say that the dedication of the trainers in building you up is unmatchable.

The place is really good. Motivating. The trainers are enthusiastic and tries to help everyone with their knowledge. They are very much friendly and cares for their members. The gym is well equipped and the treadmill is one of a kind. I and my wife were regular member of Sturdy fitness before we move out to another city. The staff in the gym were all professional and modest. Special thanks to Ajit Raj. He was exclusively helped us to get our diet right and day by day exercise. He is an excellent mentor and we experience the changes in energy level and fitness in 4 weeks. I will recommend Sturdy Fitness to all of my friends. It is a great place to start and excel the fitness.

Been a member since 3 months now. It's a very well equipped gym with trainers that are very skilled, helpful and supportive. Ambience is quite good. Every penny is worth it. I personally love it here and would recommend everyone to try out sturdy fitness.
