Terrible maintenance and zero accountability. The fan in the changing room has been missing for over three months, and despite constant complaints from members, the management has done absolutely nothing to fix it. It's uncomfortable, unhygienic, and shows how little they care about member experience. If they can't even replace a basic fan after months of complaints, I doubt they'll ever take bigger issues seriously. Extremely disappointing.

Gym near chandani.yes big spacious with good equipments. Buttttt Update : I guess equipments and the space doesn't promote one to achieve their goal and good positive environment for workout. Very poor management. It's not at all customer oriented. Floor manager is ill- mannared ,cheap who would ask you to leave a machine if his clients need it.He won't even bother to ask whether you left with your sets or not Management is pathetic absolutely trash. In the name of AC gym the switch on ac in fan mode . And switch off ac while doing workout.We need to go and ask to pls switch on but all in vain they turn on fan mode. Because of this one member faint during hot summer. And receptionist Bonoshree taunt dhuaa dhuaa ho gayeche means it's too cold that seems foggy in may june july of Kolkata's weather. Manager are least bothered about their customers and not at all customer centric. They have a non sensible ego of their own and only those who lick their feet can use the gym hastle free. To harass you they will throw different different gym rules everyday. Always enquiry before joining this gym.

I have been extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff there is incredibly inconsiderate and unaccommodating, making it clear that they do not value their members. My encounter with the staff members especially the manager was unpleasant. He was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive and welcoming environment to pursue their fitness goals. One life Fitness is the best gym in overally sealdah. Best in class best in equipment. Best trainer like Sujoy da , Anudip da n co . But in there is a very special person who is very polite , 0 ego , helpful . He is the BEST COACH IN THE CITY JOY MR . DIBAKAR BASAK . He trained me for 6 month's I was having a good result . But due to my financial condition I couldn't continue ( It happens ) actually it's a game of patience (bodybuilding) . Over-all staff's are awsm friendly Chotu da , Bapi da , boushree madam . I recommend this gym to all fitness enthusiast near me or away from me . I wish best of luck to the team .
