Lovely gym, ladies time is from 1 to 4 pm, otherwise unisex gym. Ladies trainer is available in ladies times and other trained are also there. I lost 4 kg in a month

Very much cheap by rate....instruments are there which are necessary but the evening trainer Biltuda is not good.....and the owner of the gym is not serious about his gym......I was a member of this gym for 2 months.....during my sit up session I have repeatedly told the owner that I am feeling pain at my cocccyx or tailbone but he repeatedly told me to continue.....ans the result is I am under a very costly treatment......worthless.....only good thing is the morning trainer Gopalda is too good and very serious ...otherwise do gyming at that place at your own risk...

I'm one of the member. In that budget u almost can get every machine u want to, trainers are also good! They know quite everything.

Cheap gym place with a lot of equipment. There is also a women's only time duri g the afternoon. The trainer is good.

i am a member of the gym... and the trainers are also very good and responsible...our gym owner is bengal body building champion,mr india, mr asia 1 time....good place for exercise....
