Great gym with friendly staff and a variety of equipment. I've been a member of Fitnet gym for more than 6 months and I'm really impressed. The gym is always clean and well-maintained. There is a great collection of cardio and strength training equipment, and I always feel great working out here. Highly recommend!

I have been working out at this place from the past 3 months and it's pretty convenient for me because the area is pretty accessible for people residing in south Kolkata. This place is comparatively bigger than other gyms nearby. The trainer Debaditya Das has been really helpful to me though i didn't subscribe for a personal trainer.

This gym is really good fully equipped and The gym trainer is also good. Today is my first day and he helped me a lot.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Basic amenities are missing, ACs are either off or VERY high temps like 25-28 which really defeats the purpose of air conditioning, Cardio here is ABYSMAL, there are plenty of other FitNet chains that you can enroll in but AVOID this place. Changing room doesnt have locks anybody can barge in, in the website it is claimed that there are locker services which are NOT there and then they expect us to keep the bags outside which can cause theft anytime. Bathroom stinks, no hygiene basic things like basins don't work. The machines are in POOR condition due to lack of maintenance. They might as well just not run or take away the machines. The owner is an entitled lady who only cares about money and not about the establishment that she is running. Going here will be a mistake that you will be stuck for a year, so be vigilant and check out the gym first before enrolling.

If I could give one star, I would. I joined this gym few months back and my god. I don't know how much cost cutting they can do by switching of the ACs. Only 2 ACs are on at anytime and that too on a temperature of 22plus. Also there were wall fan earlier near the treadmill but they removed it and replaced it with yellow lights(not warm yellow proper yellow). Now there is no AC in that area, no fan and additional yellow light which makes you exhausted. As a person who uses treadmill for around 30 mins to complete my steps, it was a nightmare and I felt like I might get a stroke due to lack of ventilation. And there have been no resolution post numerous complaints. I took a 6 month membership and stopped going after 4 months due to this. And please don't get me started on the washroom or changing room. If bacteria would be a person, they would get infected with the unhygienic environment there.
