Fitnet Gym is not the right place if you're serious about fitness, especially for athletes or office-goers who rely on a fixed schedule. Though the official closing time is 10 PM, they shut down whenever they feel like it--without any prior notice. Broken equipment and cables take ages to get repaired, and the ACs hardly work. Even after repeated complaints, the management remains completely unresponsive. On the positive side, the trainers and reception staff are polite and supportive, but even their efforts don't make a difference since management simply ignores escalations. To make matters worse, if you post genuine feedback on their social media, they delete your comments and may even block you. If your goal is just some casual timepass at a low fee, this gym might suit you. But if you want consistency, working facilities, and responsible management, look elsewhere. Personally, once my yearly subscription ends, I will not be continuing here.

The gym is excellent, and Samim Da (Akash) is a very supportive trainer. Thanks to his valuable training, I was able to gain 10 kg in just 3 months.

A bit small floor, but great equipment and ambiance for the workout. Loved it. Pocket friendly fees . Today I m changing my review for this gym after 1 and half years They did not increase the fees that good but the maintenance is very very poor now a days 1 . Benches are damaged and never repaired after inauguration. 2. Rowing machine is there but just for show not working. 3 . Deadlift bar is only one piece which is bend already from last 7 months not repaired 4. Floor light not working 5. Dumble rack damaged before 8 month till date it remain same . 6 . For hand wash they keep a lifebuoy shop like roadside dhaba . 7 . No new equipment or no upgrade yet ever current equipment are not working properly as I said perviously # they should increase the fees and uplift the infrastructure or just tell us to see other gym we can't provide service anyone. I purchased annual subscription for me and my wife from last 2 years , waiting for my subscription end to leave this gym . Just ridiculous and worst gym management
