As a person who had never joined any gym before, I never felt out of place. The gym is always well kept, owner Rajiv Da and his wife are always friendly and motivating. My trainer Suvojit is extremely supportive and manages the whole routine of workout and whatever is required to assist in the goal be is weight loss or muscle gain. I highly recommend this gym to whoever lives in the vicinity and wants to be fit and healthy and improve their physical health.

Absolutely rubbish!! The trainer doesn't teach anything at all. If you ask any assistance he will tell you to do only cardios. He charged 1200 for each person then told us to do the exercises in the room where is no Ac. Only table fan hanging from the wall and you have to do cardios there. But the trainer never mentioned this at the time of enrollment that cardios can not be done in the ac rooms. He doesn't know how to behave. Extremely small space. The trainer will arrive around 8am and he will show no care about your training. Money is his only concern. There are several gyms in this area, please don't waste your money here. Even had few words with other people in this gym, they hire trainers from online or other sources. Because this gym trainer is good for NOTHING!!

Went there with my husband to loose weight. And the trainer told us to do only cardio. He didn't even show us things properly. Extremely careless behaviour. We were told to do the cardio exercises in a room where was no Ac. Only a table fan in that room and you have to do cardio there. Ac rooms are only for weight lifting!!! What a joke!! And he didn't mention it at the time of taking money. He will tell you all these after taking money. Fraud!! I guess he himself doesn't know much so he will not show you anything. He will not assist you at all. Careless behaviour and money making business only. Don't go to this gym please!! Its really bad.There are several other options available but a big no to this place.

There are many gyms around Dashadrone..but this one is the best..no doubts equipments are superb Atmosphere is very beautiful,once you hit the gym you can see that too.fees are affordable. Services are awesome Lockers changing rooms are also available. Owner and trainers are very friendly..

It's a very well maintained gym with a very good and helping trainer. I lost almost 8 kg in last 15 days. The best part of this gym is the instruments and the trainer both, specially the trainer is very friendly. Wonderful, I am impressed.

Fraud gym to have come across ever. Staffs do not know how to behave decently with customers. If you want to raise your BP then join this gym.
