It's been more than 2 months since I'm working out in Diamond fitness and I can already feel and see a lot of difference in my strength and overall physique. My trainer, Suman Ghosh, has been consistently working with me, pushing me to go beyond which I would have never been able to on my own and I'm thankful to him for that. The gym is well equipped and the environment is very friendly... A safe place to workout. Timings are also work friendly. Would totally recommend.
