Equipments are broken. Trainers are very arrogant and rude. Very disappointed with the service. I had an injury here due to a broken machine and the trainer didn't take responsibility, had to leave that is why. Please save your money as there are better options.

This gym has two owners Ashish and Abhishek, but they know nothing about which exercise to follow for which part, neither they have the knowledge, on confronting the Junior guy abhishek stated he is running this gym from 2015 like this, intensity reps, no concept at all, when asked they said we are not bound to explain, since I m not their examiner, the elder owner is unmarried and is only interested in training young ladies Is it possible to run a gym without a qualified trainer? I mean general training too may need some qualification for a person to be general trainer, without any valid degree, can they run this show? Also their ac do not work, properly

A very good place to workout ... It's a temple for your body.. adequate equipment makes workout even better. Highly recommended for newbies and people wanting to change Their bodies into something adorable. Trainers will make you feel like home and you'll never feel like a stranger. The trainers are very friendly and explains which exercise will have what effect on our body. The Best part of this gym is the timing, it's open from 6 am till 11 pm. One of the best gyms in this area. Happy gyming !!

Perfect cozy ambience for training purpose. The best thing about this gym is that you don't need any personal trainers as the trainers themselves treat you in the way of personal training. In short a very comfortable environment to train and the trainers are super helpful.
