I have been a member of The Target Gym for a month now and I am extremely impressed with the experience. It is a well-maintained unisex gym with all the necessary machines in excellent working condition. One of the standout features is the staff. Although I have not opted for a personal trainer, I have been receiving guidance from the evening trainer, Akash Sir. His inspiring demeanor and attentiveness to his clients make the gym a very positive and motivating environment. He is always there to help and guide me, ensuring I am on the right track. The gym provides a safe and secure environment, which is a top priority for me. The CCTV surveillance and biometric entry system provide an added layer of security. The gym is fully air-conditioned, has music system to get entertained and also has excellent facilities, including separate changing rooms for men and women, and a clean toilet. The option for a personal trainer is also available for those who need more personalized guidance. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at The Target Gym. The dedication of the trainers, the quality of the equipment, and the secure environment make it a great place to work out. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym experience.
