What We Like: Top-Class Equipment - Everything is modern, clean, and super well-maintained. Whether you're lifting heavy or doing cardio, you've got what you need. Awesome Trainers - Friendly, focused, and genuinely passionate about fitness. They don't just guide--they motivate. We are taking our P.T. from Avirup Barman. He is awesome,friendly and very supportive, also suggesting our Diet. Great Ambience - Spacious layout, motivating music and a positive crowd that keeps the energy high and the distractions low. Flexible Hours - The gym offers convenient timings that suit working professionals like us. Supportive Community - Everyone here is working hard, encouraging each other, and focused on progress--not showing off. Love that! Only recommendation is to start Zumba and Yoga class also. Overall, We are really happy with our decision to join the Fitness Garage . I've had a fantastic experience at this gym Fitness Garage Sodepur. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for strength training, cardio, and functional workouts.
