degThis gym provides one of the best service in this area , this is the best place for new-comers. degThey can gain or loose weight here. degIf you are a shy person and you don't like too much crowd ,then this place suits you and then you have to come after 12 o'clock ,the crowd is not high enough at that time otherwise it is packed up & you can do your workout easily without any interruption. degThis place is calm & quiet , the members of the gym r frank and friendly , they always help you .

This is an old school gym. My first gym ever. I mostly go to gym at around 12.30 to 1 in the afternoon. Gym is mostly empty that time. You can workout shirtless and have better mind muscle connection.

Cons Lacks a bit on the leg machines. Just a leg press and leg curl/extension machine. No hacksquat machines. Pros Clean. AC works. Never too crowded. Ample weights One of the few gyms in the area that has incline press machine(they have separate smith machine too) Chest supported row Power rack Supported dip/chinup bar Decent amount of weight is available with all the cool kettleballs and trademills and walkers of the world. They accept cash, card and UPI/QR
