Extremely disappointing experience. The trainers here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They clearly favor only the personal training clients and completely ignore regular members. If you're not paying extra for PT, don't expect any guidance or even basic courtesy. The gym is a mess - weights are scattered all over the floor, dumbbells are never in place, and there's absolutely no weight management system. It's chaotic, especially during peak hours. Also, the gym is on the 4th floor of the building with no lift. It's exhausting just to reach the entrance, and there's no concern for accessibility or convenience. Overall, not worth the money or effort. Would not recommend.

Worst gym in malancha. The person that sits in the desk is rude and arrogant. Don't join this gym if you want to work out peacefully.

Behaviour of one of the staff who sits on the desk is extremely poor..they literally drag people and shout while performing hard core exercises which is immensely risky and unethical just for some clarity of fees payment..

Professional trainers, perfect ambience, owner is a National Awardee in bodybuilding. Perfect place for fitness training in Kharagpur.
