People here are very friendly, energetic and supportive, making even beginners feel comfortable. The equipments are well-maintained and some are exported machine. The guidance provided goes beyond just workouts -- it also helps in balancing mental health by creating a positive environment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for people who wanna make a career in fitness world. First of all thanks to our Coach sir mr. Anirban, as he always encourage us to keep our body and mind healthy. The atmosphere inside the gym is wonderful as it keep us very energetic, the machine are pretty good.
