Sharmistha di is the best International Yoga Instructor yoga instructor. If any of you want to learn this, I will suggest the name of Sharmistha di. She teaches advanced and basic yoga very welll. She always inspired her all students. I have been admitted just one month I feel better from before admission. She teaches meditation, pranayam and once again Yoga.
