I use to play corporate cricket, however due to covid, lack of exercise, aging and motivation, I grew bulky and fitness level declined immensely. Luckily I found Anil, my fitness coach in this gym, and followed his directions for 3 months. To be honest, my practice sessions have begun for this season and I feel strong and fit like never before. All credit goes to this guy. He is an absolute game changer. I wish him a good luck and I have no doubt that he would be one of the promising fitness coaches around. Dont even think twice to reach him out if you need to improve your overall health.
