Here is my review after 2 weeks of experience in Muscle Fitness Gym ---{ Equipment Availability }--- Packed wall-to-wall Excellent variety Decent selection Limited options Waiting line simulator - The gym is modest in size and is filled with tons of equipment, covering almost every type of vital workout imaginable. - I'm a newbie to gyms and it's Beginner friendly for sure. ---{ Interior / Decor }--- Modern touches Industrial/raw Fancy & flashy Looks like a warehouse - Check out their google page or visit the gym and you love it ---{ Trainers }--- Knowledgeable Friendly Just there for selfies Ghosts in uniforms - Trainers are well educated and approachable. - They also provide personalized service for a decent fee. - Trainers circulate shift wise. - Although I have my peers to guide me initially, trainers are ready to spot and correct. - Trainers do notice your effort and they often recommend pushing more when the time is right. ---{ Cleanliness }--- Spotless Acceptable Sweaty corners Biohazard alert - Spotless when you enter the gym for sure. - But it's up to you to maintain the cleanliness. Wear clean shoes, do less spills etc. - I'm a sweaty guy so I take a towel and sanitizer with me. ---{ Crowd Level }--- Peaceful Manageable After-work chaos Feels like a festival - Peaceful according to my timing. Toilet available. Drinking water is available. - Due to good locality you can buy gym related foods and drinks in the vicinity. ---{ Lastly }--- - These are my personal biased opinions based on just 2 weeks. - My usual hours are evening. - I will be sticking to this place for a while.
