Best gym in howrah at an affordable rate. Trainer Arko Manna is very good, he is a certified trainer, he helped me in my fitness journey. You should give it a try. The ambience in good but it is bit crowded.

Spacious. Lack of professional trainer. Only two trademill is available, so it creates dusturbance while doing cardio as you are only allowed for 10 minutes.

They have an another outlet - lifestyle health club multigym Premium. The Owner is botherless about the destructive and toxic behaviour of the trainers and employees there. I highly recommend to avoid both the gyms.

I am a regular candidate .I join the gym 1 week ago at 78 kg now my body weight is 74 because of the trainer (Arko da) helped me very well .

Trainer (Arko) is very friendly and Knowledgeable, trained me very well and provides best diet plan... whoever wants to join can join here without any hesitation
