Apparently a gym designed for "seasoned athletes" has owners who think doing rack pulls on a power cage would end up breaking the power cage . What else is it for? Is it for resting your delicate feet on the rack and doing bulgarian squats? And a gym designed for "seasoned athletes " don't shut it abruptly after a long break in the name of power cut just coz their trainers were on leave This caused inconvenience to me as an "athlete" because I was in my peak week prepping for my last show when this happened. Extremely unprofessional behavior and even the trainers lack proper knowledge.
