Joining this yoga class has been one of the most grounding and heart-opening decisions I've made. The environment here is so comfortable and supportive, a peaceful space where I can just be myself, without pressure or comparison. It feels like a gentle pause from the noise of daily life. They don't rush, they notice and uplift everyone very carefully. And their energy makes the whole class feel safe and inspiring. Really a unique academy..where the plain, old yoga sessions are curated focusing on individual needs whether you want a holistic workout to get more sweat or just get a calm healing of your body and mind or most likely both :) ..Yet, patiently culminating the perfection of traditional yoga - both technically and philosophically. I found both Surojit Sir and Shreya Ma'am not only knowledgeable & professional but also as mentors with their most kind and sincere hearts, devoted to serving people. I wish all the success and growth to the academy to reach more people in need.

I always wanted to learn yoga and wanted to add it to my lifestyle, but I could never find someone who could lead me to this path in a proper way.
But it's been almost 2 months since I started my training under Surajit sir and within this small frame of time I can already feel my body adapting to variety of asana. Each of his sessions are unique and challanging in a good way. Normally after any kind of physical activity our body gets tired but after attending his sessions which includes Asanas and pranayams , the body along with mind is full of energy and one can feel it instantly.
There is always an excitement for his sessions. Highly recommended for anyone from any aspect of life who wants to learn this art and science of yoga .
Once you start enjoying it , there is no going back.
