Safe, supportive, and beginner-friendly, exactly what I was looking for! I joined this gym a month ago, and as a woman and a beginner, I was initially nervous. But from day one, the experience has been fantastic. The people here are incredibly welcoming, the trainer is patient and knowledgeable, and the overall environment feels safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental. The best part? You don't feel like you have to "know it all" before stepping in. The trainer takes the time to explain things, guide your form, and build your confidence. They meet you where you are, whether you're lifting for the first time or just getting back into a routine. I am glad I finally decided to join. Highly recommend for women who want to focus on fitness without the pressure or pretentiousness.

Two years ago, I want to gain my weight specially muscles, that's why I joined here.. Tiyasha who is my trainer here, she did lot of efforts on me, and sadrita who always motivate me to achieve my goals. Now I'm so satisfied, after I achieve my toned body and so much muscle.. It's aug 7 Started my journey With NBS under ( tiyasa di) from mid June I Decreased my weight ! I feel good my upper belly size Getting better day by day!Digestion system getting better ! Sleep schedule healing slowly and increase my leg strength! My bar food habit getting healthy day by day ! Thankyou! More training more improvement!

This gym is amazing.My trainer Tiyasa Sarkar,she is knowledgeable, supportive, and push me to be my best. Love this gym.

The exercises do help a lot in losing the weight that is extra. I have been doing for a week now and the results can be seen through less exhaustion I feel in doing my daily activities. The trainer is very much soft spoken and is a great motivator when I give up. Highly recommended for those who wants to loose extra weight and stay healthy.
