BSK MULTI GYM AND SWIMMING

A very good place for slimming up yourself. All modern equipments are available. A nice place to give you a toned look. The swimming pool is awesome with clean water available for swimming . Also first floor of this building is Shikshalaya which is a coaching institute for students till class 10.

Various equipments are available here and our trainer sir is simply awsome !!

Covid regulations both social and health are not being maintained properly, Equipments in the gym are in very bad condition with wires out, improper training demonstration, very crowdy.This gym does not meet any commercial standards Hence, not recommending this to anyone. My Recommendation-(Try*FnF health club*gym way better in the same price range with better facilities)

If you know what to do and how to do workouts then it's ok to be here although there are many so called experts will always be present to give some advice as there is no personal trainer here. Good if you just started gyming or you are an intermediate but not for specialized and professionals . It's an non-AC gymnasium.

Not a good gym for Anyone no proper guidance, everyone here lacks knowledge most probably people are gonna leave after sometime or just gonna quit totally as people who train here do not have adequate knowledge regarding any form of training . All the Machines squeak lack of maintenance atmosphere of the gym is very negative as people who come here lack proper etiquettes it was a really troublesome experience for me in general and for the icing on the cake the people in that gym are real bullies and won't let u train properly . I was attacked in the gym some people probably from slums pressed upon my throat while I was in between set. I got a spinal injury in this gym due to midset disturbance by other people they don't even know how to be in a gym, also the gym gets crowdy My suggestion to whoever reading this if u train for positive mental and physical well being this may not be for you . *based on 1 year expirence in this gym

All sorts of gym equipments are present good for one who knows to do on his own cause the trainee is not going to instruct u always (busy on calls). But all together it's fine.
