used to be the oldest client... no proper service... unhygienic... u have to wait for atleast a month if something went wrong.. a lady was seriously injured because of faulty equipment.. management will disturb you begging for fees.. not at all recommended.. ur stuff maybe misplaced ... someone stole my watch , later i got it back because of cctv. ... ac doesn't work properly.. owner misbehaving with clients.. not recommended, me being a 7 year old client(oldest) i say u should not join this gym

One of the best gym in SERAMPORE.It has improved a lot.All the equipments work properly.It has 2 trademills both work good.
No scarcity of dumble or barbel according to me. Ambiance and Location is good.ACs work as expected.
And one thing which is most important for a gym is the trainer as without proper guidance and posture any work out is in vein.
Even though I didn't opt for personal training,Sonali ma'am (Trainer in the morning section) provides me proper guidance.Not only she is a great Trainer but also have a big heart.
She manages to teach yoga on every Saturday morning and noon without any extra cost.It really has physical as well as psychological benefits,I experienced it myself.
She also organised some competitions and also provided gifts for the same.
I never felt bored any day...
So, this gym is Highly recommend as far as my views are concerned...

Worst experience ever. Extremely bad treatment. No improvement in the gym.There is no good changing room for girls. There is not even a proper weight machine. The bathroom is so dirty. Every month you are bothered by fees.The gym owner's behavior is extremely bad.
