Yogasana .

I've been practicing yoga here for near two months now and it has been a wonderful experience overall. My agility has increased and I'm now feeling more fit and healthy. It's also helped in the case of my mental health including physical health. This yoga class has been a game-changer for me ! The instructor's guidance and energy are infectious, and the practice itself has helped me find a sense of calm and clarity in my daily life. The attention to detail and modifications offered make it accessible for all levels, and the community is warm and welcoming. I've noticed improvements in my flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. It's more than just a workout - it's a journey of self-discovery and growth. I'm so grateful to have found this class and can't wait to continue on this path!

I have been attending the "Yogasana" class for nearly 1.5 months under the guidance of Mrs. Arpita Banerjee Ma'am. She teaches yoga with great care and patiently corrects any mistakes while we practice.Whenever I face any health-related issues, Ma'am is always there to provide effective solutions. She is a kind-hearted and dedicated teacher, and I feel truly blessed to learn from her.

My yoga teacher is Arpita di. She is an excellent and awesome teacher. I had joined 3 months ago. I had get good result by doing the class only for 3 months. After doing the class I feel energetic. After all hers behavior is too much good .

Maam is very polite and have a good behaviour with each & every students. Maam always have a friendly behaviour with each & every students.
