Rise & Shine Unisex Gym

An impeccably well maintained place. All the equipment is in nice working condition. The only caveat is probably the lack of space. The gym is not built on a big area, so you might feel the lack of space if it gets crowded. But for me, the best thing is the familial connection among everyone in the gym. The trainers are very friendly and will help you in every way possible, and the members will make you feel absolutely at home. If a trainer is occupied, the other members will help you do whatever it is that you want to do. One of the best gyms in the area without doubt.

If you have extra money and need somewhere to spend,go and visit. Got modern equipments but space is less. Have ac installed but turns on and off frequently. Will keep on insisting to take personal training,suppliment and even the gym wear from them. If you have time do search around there are far better gyms in the locality where you will get far better behaviour from the owner and staffs.

The Gym is very decent, contained with advanced and varaity types of equipments. Having Good and experienced trainer , the gym can transform anyone to his/ her desired physique .
