One of the best fitness club in town. I believe it is the best in Hooghly district. The ambience is awesome. Trainers are very well mannered and concerned. The members are from well cultivated background that makes the experience soothing. The owner himself is a fitness enthusiast and takes care o the entire business methodically.

Air conditioned gym. Good instruments. The place should have more glass windows to let sunlight in. Also it should have been opened whole day but it is not. I do not know much about the quality of trainers.

I used to this gym and it's very good for moderate to advance exercise. The gym trainner or at least one assistant is available at all times. You are offered exercises as per your speed with a healthy amount of push and motivation to reach goals. Diets charts are too offered as per requirements. If you prefer quiet then you might not like it. Though you can try for the morning shifts. The place is more for young people. As the trainning style is more about intense.

Awesome interiors. Great collection of equipments. Equally great trainers. Cool ambience, with AC working all time. Best Gym in Chandannagar, as of yet.

Good for body building. Not for general fitness. Equipment for cardio is low quality. They donot allow shift swap. If you miss an evening shift they will not allow to join in the morning vise-versa. 1st 3-4 days trainers will cooperate but after that it's your own practice. Trademill is not working. 2k for admission fee is very high in a place like chandannagore. They have some unnecessary rules like... one cannot come wearing sports shoe it needs to be carried. Parking space is limited. Mobiles and purse needs to be submitted at reception area ... is this a school... come on!!!
