A very good gym It has been in business since years The gym is quite spacious and organised The gym has a huge set of equipments The whole facility is pretty clean Has nice and separate changing rooms and washrooms for men and women The trainers are very friendly and have a jolly nature When you do the exercises in the wrong form they rectify you which is really very impressive
Great gym to do your workouts in. Has daily packages, friendly staff, nice atmosphere to charge you up, a plethora of equipments and weights to base your workouts on. Really recommending to anyone living at Barrackpur or visiting the place for a day or two.
