Powerflex Gym + B.B.Roy Store

I've been a member at this gym for the last 4 months, and it has been an excellent experience. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The variety of equipment available makes it easy to have a well-rounded workout, whether you're into cardio, strength training, or group fitness classes. The trainer cum owner (Sundar Da ) is knowledgeable and supportive, always ready to offer guidance. The gym's hours are convenient(6am to 11am) and from (4:30pm to 10pm), and it's never too crowded. Overall, I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals in a welcoming and well-equipped environment.
