Being a banking professional I found managing weight is so tough for me, specially post child birth, because of my sedentary lifestyles.As a result I was suffering from,obesity,PCOS,joint pain.Then I came in touch with Body care and so Mallika Som the trainer.She has a wide knowledge about diet,yoga, aerobics,free hand exercises.More over she took classes personally and give training to each and every student according to their needs which is very hard to find these days.The charges are very minimal and the quality of training is very high. Under the guidence of Mallika Mam I am reducing my weight gradually and my joint pain is fully cured.More over there is a online class facility for those who are unable to come to the gym.

Me being a house wife is really happy to propose a review related to my gym. I have seen incredible results since joining this gym. The state of the art equipment and facilities make a great workout experience. My trainer (ma'am) is very supportive and an amazing person who helped me reach my new heights.
