I feel like having more in-depth knowledge of yoga. Not just as an exercise but as a means of learning the theories of self healing and anatomies of the body which assists in self healing. The instructor have been nice and has created a fun learning environment. And also during this pandemic era training through online isn't a piece of cake but she does pretty well. She communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable and an active part of it.100% recommendable teacher!!
