Its a good place for workout. The trainer is good... The fees is 700 for a month... They also have package system.. if i am not wrong they provide 6 months and 1 yr package.. the rate is very affordable.. they also have a yoga section...
The instrument in gym is good but lacs a few of them...

Have been an on off member of this gym and one of the oldest members here till now. I started working out here in 2014 and have dropped out when I moved out of the city, while now I am a regular as I reside in Kolkata. Fairly decent this gym, the trainer Sovon Halder is a good person and helpful he is always looking to get the best out of the people working out.
The best time to come for a workout is probably in the morning as the gym is relatively less crowded.
This gym maynot have all the equipments for you to build a body worth putting in body building competition, but when it comes to having the necessary one for weightloss and building myscle this gym has everything.

Remaining 2 star I will not give because
* Cleanliness is not so good ,many times you will feel some kind of smell.
* If you do not ask gym trainer for more exercise he will not perticularaly focus on you , he keep on saying let this month get over .. means don't think that you will get the best benefits
If you want to make your body then you have to do yourself don't depend wholly on trainer.
* If you dont want to purchase protein then go to other gym because there are 3 type of group one talkative .
Other who do their gym (who take protein ) is atleast better option
Otherwise 50% waste of time ..you have to work hard...
