Completing my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh was an experience that I'm truly grateful for. The admin team & teachers created a supportive and welcoming environment where I felt like part of a caring family. The sense of community at the school is special, and I had the space to grow and learn without pressure. The teachers are knowledgeable and supportive, and I enjoyed the variety of classes, from Alignment, Meditation, Pranayama, Anatomy to Philosophy. The kitchen staff prepared delicious & nourishing meals. I highly recommend Vinyasa Yoga Ashram for those looking to deepen their yoga practice or teaching skills.

My experience at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram has been truly amazing. From the very beginning, I felt like I was part of a family. Special thanks to Anuprita mam,Dharmyan Sir, Pradeep Sir, Gaurav Sir, and Sangham Sir for teaching so patiently and guiding me so well. I had the most beautiful experience at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram, where I completed my Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course. The course was very well-structured and insightful. We covered everything from conception, pregnancy across different trimesters, postnatal recovery, diet planning, to meditation and pranayama techniques tailored for mothers' individual needs. I also learned many modification ideas that make yoga safe and accessible during this special journey. A big gratitude to Anuprita Mam and Bhagyashree Mam, who shared such great resources and kept every class so engaging, enjoyable, and full of wisdom. Their guidance gave me both confidence and clarity to share this knowledge with others. The environment at the ashram was warm, supportive, and truly transformative. I can't wait to be back again! I recently visited this yoga ashram and completed the Pregnancy TTC program, and it has truly been a life-changing experience. The serene environment of the ashram provided the perfect backdrop for deep learning and self-reflection. A heartfelt gratitude to my teachers, Anupritha ma'am and Bhagyashree ma'am, who made this journey so meaningful. Anupritha ma'am, with her vast knowledge of asanas and anatomy, explained everything with such clarity and patience that even the most complex concepts felt simple and practical. Her guidance not only strengthened my personal practice but also gave me confidence to share yoga safely with others. Bhagyashree ma'am, with her warmth and wisdom, beautifully introduced us to garbha sanskaar. The way she connected yogic traditions, spirituality, and modern understanding was truly inspiring. Her sessions were filled with positivity, nurturing energy, and deep cultural values that touched the heart. Both teachers were always approachable, compassionate, and willing to help beyond the classroom, creating a safe and encouraging space for all of us. This TTC has not just expanded my knowledge, but also enriched me personally and spiritually. I feel truly blessed to have learned under such dedicated and knowledgeable teachers, and I would highly recommend this ashram to anyone seeking authentic guidance in yoga and pregnancy care.

Truly a wonderful experience! I had the pleasure to complete the 200H + Yin Yoga courses in July. The ashram draws such amazing people - teachers, staff and students. There are hundreds of yoga school in Rishikesh, but for some reason life brought me At the Vinyasa yoga Ashram and I could not ask for a better experience. At the beginning I was supposed to do just the 200hrs and Aerial yoga, but the connection I got with the teachers, the place and the people around me, made me joining for the 300hrs YTT as well. So I spend the two most challenging and intense two months at the ashram. Every day was a blessing, learning so much in every lesson, having the best teachers full of knowledge and ready to share everything they know in best way, was incredible. I will be forever grateful for every moment I spent there, it's a lifetime changing experience externally, but especially internally. Truly appreciate the effort of every one that took part in my experience
