I had my first aerial yoga session with Jai at Aerial Pancha Koshas in Topavan, Rishikesh and I absolutely loved it! Jai, aerial yoga instructor, was attentive, patient, and made me feel super comfortable even though it was my very first time. Also, the owner, Sagar, is incredibly kind -- I received all the information I needed to sign up within just a few minutes. The whole experience felt easy, welcoming, and very professional. I truly enjoyed every moment and I will definitely be coming back. 100% recommendation!

I began my aerial journey as a student at Pancha Koshas, enrolling in their Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Course without fully knowing how deeply I would connect with this space.
