I searched through so many schools, and after speaking to quite a few, I finally decided to come here and I'm so glad I did!
From the moment I arrived, I felt relieved. The culture, the energy, and the curriculum are so genuine and grounded. The school manual is really well designed it gives you a clear understanding of the path to follow for deepening your practice and personal growth.
Our teacher, Mr. Madhavji, has an exceptional understanding of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras and great knowledge of anatomy, which makes every asana session insightful and transformative.
The food served here is completely sattvic simple, pure, and nourishing. If you truly want to get the best out of your experience, just stick to the home-cooked meals!
The location is also perfect just a short walk from the Ganga River, which makes for a peaceful morning and evening walk.
Overall, a beautiful experience highly recommended for anyone looking to learn and grow on their yoga journey.

Manishji, we had a wonderful experience. Your powerful voice and knowledge about yoga and it's techniques is wonderful. Also the atmosphere at Bhavyam was extremely calming and enriching. Warm welcome by Pratima and kids was heart touching. I felt like I was at home. The food and atmosphere made us so happy and relaxed that it is impossible to express. Thank you so much. Krishna's blessings will flourish you and help you progress in life. Will visit again for this enriching experience.

My Divine Experience at Bhavyam -- The Yoga Institute, Rishikesh
Visiting Bhavyam -- The Yoga Institute in Rishikesh was a deeply transformative and divine experience for me. From the serene surroundings to the spiritually enriching practices, every moment spent there helped me reconnect with my inner self.
The disciplined routine of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy sessions created a powerful space for inner healing and self-awareness. I felt a sense of calm and clarity that I had been seeking for a long time.
The guidance of the teachers was heartfelt and authentic. They didn't just teach yoga -- they lived it, and that energy was contagious. The institute's name, Bhayam (meaning "fear"), reminded me of the inner fears I came with -- and how through the practices, I began to let them go.
This journey brought me closer to my spiritual path, and I left feeling lighter, more connected, and full of gratitud.

Each session focuses not just on physical postures but also on mindfulness and breath awareness. I've felt a real improvement in flexibility, focus, and inner calm since joining. Highly recommend Bhavyam Yoga to anyone looking to bring balance and wellness into their life.

Dear Manish Sir and Team,
Thank you for providing us with such a beautiful and unforgettable retreat experience over the past three days. The serene infrastructure surrounded by hills, the breathtaking sunrise, and the peaceful atmosphere made it truly special.
While we practice yoga regularly, the way you guided us through Sasaana and Pranayama was something we had never experienced before--it was truly enlightening. The food was simple, sattvic, and made with love, which added to the overall sense of well-being.
We are so grateful for your hospitality and teachings. Honestly, it doesn't feel like going back home--we wish we could stay longer!
Thank you once again!
Best Regards
Shivani Sharma
