My time at Arogya has been fantastic. From letting me arrive early, to the quality of the 200hr YTT itself, to the Himalayan Village trip, I've been treated like one of the family, at this Yoga Shala. The location is wonderful, peaceful, and away from the hustle and bustle of Tapovan, while it's only a short journey by tuk tuk. The quality of the teaching, the kindness of the staff, and the way things are organised: simply fantastic. The course was well put together, giving you the basics, whilst also introducing students to deeper practices. The teaching practice and assessment, which I was a little apprehensive of, was very manageable and the group feedback was great. I would wholeheartedly recommend the courses and accommodation here. You are sure to find your time at Arogya peaceful and fulfilling, and you definitely won't be disappointed. Thank you so much for everything, Rajneesh, Azad, and everyone else at Arogya Yoga School! If you're looking for a Yoga TTC in Rishikesh, Arogya is an amazing choice. I am so grateful that I booked to come to this school specifically and I honestly don't think the experience would have been the same had I booked elsewhere. It's located less than 30 mins from Tapovan and Rhamjula so you can explored them in the free time, the food is great and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The rooms are spacious, there are amenities close by such as a supermarket and cafes, and the view from the rooftop is beautiful. The owner Raj is responsive and helpful and made my journey to the school easy by arranging a taxi for me and keeping in touch via WhatsApp. Raj is also around the school a lot if you need anything or have any questions. Our teachers, Azad, Abishek and Neha, were knowledgable and experienced, and made our TTC really enjoyable. We all had a lot of fun staying at Arogya - our cohort was small so we got to know each other well, and we got to know Raj, our teachers and the housekeeping staff on a more personal level which made everything feel more homely. We also did the Himalayan village tour which was such a fun trip at the end of the TTC. If you book to come here you won't regret it!

Arogya was recommended to me by a friend who had already taught at the school. He had shared with me so much good feedback both on the training and on the people who supervise it. And it's all true. I came to Arogya with no particular expectations other than to learn more about Yoga (not just the postures). I leave school (and India) with a huge life lesson. This period of my life has been rich in learning, sharing, discoveries and emotions. A big thank you to Azadji for his calm and rejuvenating energy, with which he was able to transmit to us the taste for the alignment of postures. To Avi, this well of knowledge that has taught us so much about anatomy but which has also deviated (with pleasure) on Indian history and culture at the same time (everything is part of history). Neha for her legendary softness, her grounding and her energy who inhabit you during meditations. To our philosophy teacher for these planted seeds that will germinate at different times in our lives. To the whole team who took care of us during all these days. Kalou (who will be able to boost your energy as he has so much to spare). And to Rajneesh who was the conductor of this wonderful concert. This experience was like a sweet melody, during which he let us all fly like notes escaping from the instrument to resonate more. A huge moment of life that will have been crowned by sharing in the village in the heart of the Himalayas, indescribable, you just have to come and live it to feel it. just finished my 200 hour yoga teacher training & it was truly the best month of my life. i felt so taken care of from the moment I stepped foot into the school and like i was part of the family. they took us to weddings, weekend excursions, and even to their village in the mountains. Rajneesh Ji was so helpful, attentive, and responsive from the moment I messaged him and every time there was a question or concern, he immediately resolved it. Azad Ji (the asana teacher) is genuinely one of the most amazing people i have ever met - so calm, grounded, knowledgeable, and humble. I'm going to miss his classes so much and feel so lucky to have learned from him. I got so close to my cohort and genuinely felt like family by the end. All the staff here also have hearts of gold and I could feel the love in every conversation, every meal I ate, and every interaction I had. We also had the opportunity to visit Raj and Azad Ji's village in the Himilayan mountains at the end of the course and it was one of the most unbelievably serene experiences of my life. Rajneesh Ji even gave us a sound healing session there and it was pure magic. I've come so far in my yoga journey in such a short time and that's entirely due to the wonderful people here. I genuinely couldn't recommend this school more and will definitely be back. Love you so much Arogya fam. it's also a little bit further out from the city which i personally loved because it was just next to the ganga river (where we had asana practice sometimes and went for a dip) and it's a lot more serene than the rush of the city! and we had plenty of opportunities to visit the city on our off day and explore :)

Stayed in the school for 2 month for 500 YTTC. This was an amazing adventure! Loved everyday. Great location far away from noisy city streets. The Ganga is just 5 minute walking to find a peaceful spot for yourself. Great teachers and small group size allows attention and detailed support to everyone. Great lectures and asana classes, very much enjoyable. We got a chance to spend two nights in a village up in Himalayas, that was an adventure on its own. Unforgettable. Thanks to Raj for making it all happened and good luck in developing the school further. Totally can recommend the school for those who are looking for one.

I had done a short retreat at Arogya yoga school and it was EXCELLENT! i HIGHLY recommend it if you are looking for a complete mind-body reset . You have to remember that it's not a hotel and therefore take your own toiletries . It's a school with very basic amenities . The facilities are neat and clean, and also spartan. The simple vegetarian food served was delicious. Thank you Kaka! Azad sir is a fabulous and an experienced teacher . Rajneeshji is extremely warm and welcoming. His sound healing session I took was PHENOMENAL . I loved Avi sir's classes on yoga philosophy and anatomy. Ajay took us on a wonderful trek which the school had organised on Sunday which are off days. The atmosphere was so homely and calming. The views are fantastic as it is located in a lush green field . If you are willing to go out of your comfort zone a little bit, and you are looking for an AUTHENTIC experience, which is immersive and non-commercial then this is the place for you. I am so glad I chose this one over the other "luxury" places offering the same . This has truly been an eye opening experience and I am so grateful
