Best gym and better equipments in the neighborhood. The trainers are also helpful here especially Piyush Sir. Body will be developed by only good guidance which requires good trainer. They help me and guide me very well. Gym becomes worthy because of its trainer and equipment. Life Long Gym has unisex. Trainer keeps focus on each and every person and they keeps motivating to do more n better.I would suggest to take a membership here.
