Total Fitness Gym

very nice gym, great experience here, Liked working with our trainer he's very supportive. Safe for girls telling from my personal experience.

Enough weights for the muscle freak, ample space for the zumba maniac, sufficient no. of treadmills and cross trainers for the cardio junkie: Total Fitness is an accessible and affordable fitness club. There's also a battle rope setup to burst your lungs. Gaurav Kohli jie, the chief, is a soft spoken, well behaved person. KB is my favorite trainer. Majority of the people at the gym are decent and overall quality of the crowd is good. Parking is definitely an issue but a bit of flexibility with your workout time can resolve that problem. The gym can do better with their music playlist, though; lacks the punchy, fast paced tunes that really get you going. Functional training and injury rehab solutions is the future this gym should look forward to.

My son used to go to this gym. We had paid three months charges in advance. But after using the facilities for 10 days the Lockdown happened. The gym instructor and the lady at the reception assured him that the charges would be adjusted when the gym starts again. But unfortunately when my son started going again after lockdown was over they started demanding money to continue.They also don't switch on the AC during the workout citing the reason of they don't have money to pay for electricity. We didn't argue with them and simply left the gym. Very unethical behaviour by the onwer and the trainer. I recommend not to go there.

Lacks basic exercise machines such as the seated pec deck machine, Dip/chin assist fitness equipment ,yoga mats etc. The Zumba room is smelly and has fair share of mosquitos which if you stay there longer would happily oblige by stinging .Lockers don't work properly and the one's that are good ,you wont get the keys for them. The way they advertise at the beginning when you are about to join like this gym belongs to this guy who is very successful and bla -bla and later the unprofessionalism kicks in. Better to avoid this place...

Tainer are continuously focusing on each member whether they are performing exercise properly or not ,great environment to workout there. Every member performing there exercise tend to help each other at whatever cause and have friendly nature. Look forward to join - i would just recommend everyone to join here for gym and spa.
