My trainer is Abhinav he treat very well,also helpful. I've been training here for a while now, and it's a good place if you're serious about your workouts. The equipment is well-maintained and covers everything from free weights, resistance machines, cardio, and functional training space. Pros: * Decent variety of dumbbells, barbells, and benches. * Squat rack and Smith machine available. * Clean environment and air-conditioned. * Trainers are helpful if you're a beginner or need guidance. * Not too crowded during early mornings or late evenings. Cons: * Limited floor space during peak hours. * No steam/sauna or pool facilities. * Music can be too loud sometimes. If you're focused on building strength or maintaining a routine, this gym won't disappoint. Bring your own water bottle and towel -- and you're good to go!

Worst gym in the town... Focus is only for PT no initial guidance for beginners. Trainers are greedy and forces us to rate 5 star in google review. Once you take membership then there is no chance of transfer or cancel it. Bad experience ever... I suggest to take trials before enrolling in membership. And never take membership before 1 month of experience. Machines are not of good qualitiy. Try other better gyms in the town!

Absolutely loved the space, environment, machines and most importantly the cleanliness - everything is top notch as promised while enrolling. There are 3 different floors ( one of a kind in Dehradun) which almost finished the overcrowd concerns in peak times, all in all worth the spend.

Abhinav sir is a awesome trainer always avilable for every once help rest Nothing is good nothing is bad only thinking make it so Experience is good at Pro Ultimate GYM I think everyone try it...

Amazing gym with good quality equipments. The gym has different section for legs and strength training. The washroom is well maintained. The trainers and staff are very helpful.

The trainers are very friendly and supportive, and they always motivate us to give our best. The gym maintains excellent hygiene and cleanliness, which makes the environment very comfortable to work out in. I also love that the gym has space for Zumba and yoga sessions, along with a sauna facility -- it adds great variety to the overall fitness experience. The gym truly has good vibes and positive energy!
