The staff is incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, whether you're a seasoned lifter or just starting out. The equipments are top-notch, well-maintained, and there's a huge variety, so you never have to wait long for a machine. Different machines are available for specific and isolated body part exercise. Sauna and cold shower facilities are also available. It's clean, spacious, and filled with people who are all there to better themselves. The personal trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your progress, offering personalized plans that get real results. I have seen significant progress in my fitness goals. This isn't just a gym; it's a place where you can feel motivated and empowered on your fitness journey. Highly recommend!

I am quite disappointed with Pro Ultimate Gym, GMS Road branch. Before enrollment, the management promised several facilities such as a BMI machine, diet chart, a mobile application, valet parking, and proper member support. However, it has already been two months since the gym officially started, and none of these facilities have been made available. Whenever I raise concerns, the only response I receive is that "it will be arranged soon," but nothing has been delivered so far. On top of that, trainers seem more focused on selling Personal Training packages rather than providing the general support that was assured at the time of joining. I had taken a 6-month package in advance, and now I feel stuck with no option left. To ensure transparency, I am sharing this feedback from my friend's account so that there is no pressure on me to remove it later. This is my genuine experience. I would advise anyone considering this branch to think carefully before joining, as there is a clear mismatch between the promises made and the services actually provided.

Amazing gym with a great atmosphere! Ayush bhai is a very good trainer--friendly, knowledgeable, and always motivating. He explains exercises properly, helps with correct form, and makes every workout effective. Highly recommended for anyone serious about fitness!
