Karma yoga Dehradun

I had my first class with karma last week and it was just fabulous.. What's important to me is I like to feel like I've really worked out, but not feel too under pressure If I can't do all the moves (as I'm a newbie). I liked the fact that Neeraj sir came over (subtly) when I wasn't doing things quite right and you don't always get that from all the teachers.. Neeraj sir is a great teacher, and his directions are clear and precise so you're not looking up to check you're doing the right thing, he is very observant, constantly checking your positioning. His classes are truly for all levels, and although you've worked hard you'll somehow come out relaxed.

I had an amazing time there! Over the four months I attended, I noticed a significant increase in my flexibility and activity level. Under Neeraj sir's guidance helped me master various yoga poses,also found wellness and balance ,making it an ideal place to start or continue your yoga journey. Highly recommended !!

It's amazing experience to join yoga with Karma....they're doing hard work with students , yoga is complete workout nd relax our mind so that karma yoga is perfect for all

I Joined Karma Yoga Classes in the month of February 2025. I can feel a lot of positive changes in my body.My body has become quite flexible and I am feeling quite refreshed and energetic.
