Functional Fitness is Strength and Conditioning Box unlike your Traditional gym we use open weights. We Run Classes Programmed by the Director of the gym who has been in the Industry in NEW Zealand for 9 years, working with International Rugby Players, Local Athletes and Clients as well as running a CrossFit gym in Wellington. All workouts are High Intensity (HIIT) which makes them Fun and Challenging at the same time. Absolutely phenomenal fitness centre with a beast in the name of a coach. Workouts are filled with sweat and laughter with a community that pushes each other. Workout ranges from as basic as running to olympic lifting and a lot more in between. All the equipments are top notch and the workouts "Absolute Madness". If you want to build and improve your endurance, stamina, durability and muscles, this is the ideal place to do so Overall 100/10 is what this place is

This is hands down the best training center i have ever attended. And i have attended many. A wonderful crossfit training center. There are group classes Monday- Friday and Stretching sessions on Saturdays. Coach Ankit ensures each body part is worked upon in these 5 days (Back , legs , shoulders , chest , quads etc). Apart from this there is a very good focus on cardio also via short runs , burpees , box jumps , rope climbs etc. The focus here is to build body strength. Everyday the workout is different and coach Ankit keeps changing the exercises/movements periodically to ensure there is not much repetitions. I have joined 3 months back and already started to see changes in my body. Coach Ankit ensures your movements are correct while doing exercises. He will not let you lift heavy weights till the time your movement is correct. Last but not the least , the community of people who come here are very supportive and motivating towards each other. They especially go out of their way to make sure newcomers are welcome. People who have been regular over here are some of the fittest people I have come across.

I really enjoy Personal training sessions with Ankit.They are fun, very informative and Ankit really takes the time to ensure it is tailored to my fitness level. He keeps you motivated and encourages you to progress and challenge yourself. I have seen an improvement not only in my fitness but in my general confidence when exercising. His positive attitude and warmth really puts you at ease making exercise enjoyable and not intimidating. As a result of this experience I would thoroughly recommend Ankit as an excellent coach and motivator.His workout plans are relevant and challenging in all aspects of flexibility, strength and conditioning.
