On recommendation of a friend, 2yrs back I had brought a Viva Treadmill for my home in Nandanagar Chamoli from the showroom on Rajpur road dehradu. Neither I nor my friend have faced any problem in sevice ever. They are prompt & very nominal in service. The gentleman there Himanshu, if I may say is the most kind and absolutely knowledgeable Fitness guy I ever met - one can't go wrong in buying on his recommendation . Recomend everyone who aspires to bring even a decent level of fitness in his life, to catch-up with him..

Absolutely rotten after sales service. Either they do not answer the phone, if they do, they do not send their service agent. If you call the toll free number, they tell you to email them. They never reply to your email.
