Great gym at Rajpur road which does something that other Dehradun gyms inexplicably don't- it's open on Sundays. Went late so it was nearly empty as well. Good spread of calisthenics equipment as well 10/10. Price for single use on the slightly higher side but definitely a great experience!

I visited Anytime Fitness expecting good service because of the brand's reputation, but my experience was very disappointing due to the behavior of staff member Mr. Rahul Shukla. His attitude towards customers is extremely unprofessional, and especially towards women his behavior is rude, disrespectful, and totally unacceptable. The way he treats female customers as if they don't matter is shocking and makes the environment very uncomfortable. It seems he carries a personal grudge or bias, which is highly inappropriate in a customer service role. It is a shame that Anytime Fitness has hired such staff who damage the name of the brand. I sincerely hope the management takes strict action and trains their staff properly, as such behavior completely ruins the trust customers expect from a reputed gym.

This is the worst place to train as they have untrained and misbehaving staff specially the guy on front desk name ankit shukla. He dont even know how to behave with clients very disrespectful behaviour and it is not tolerable . He is creating mess in the gym by his behaviour and toxic nature . Management has to look into this and take appropriate action otherwise no one will feel safe to join . Gym should have proper decorum and staff should know how to behave in the premises as it is not a street side gym so i hope management will take necessary action and train their staff how to behave especially front desk guy ankit Shukla..........

Extremely disappointed with the overall condition and management of this gym. What started off with minor issues has now turned into a consistently unpleasant and unhygienic experience. I have been a member since more than a year now but over the past few months, the quality of facilities has only gone downhill. There have been recurring problems with the air conditioning either the ACs don't work or they're leaking, making it impossible to work out comfortably, the mats are constantly soggy and mouldy bcz of leakage. The ventilation is poor, and the washrooms often smell foul and are rarely cleaned properly. At one point, I even found mould in corners and, shockingly, a frog inside the facility, a clear reflection of the poor maintenance and hygiene standards. To make matters worse, the staff behaviour is often rude and dismissive, and multiple complaints have been ignored or met with indifference. Despite giving the management several chances over months, there's been no meaningful resolution. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values a clean, safe, and professionally managed fitness environment. Definitely not worth the time, money, or energy.

I had a very upsetting experience at Anytime Fitness with Mr. Ankit Shukla (Receptionist). I had gone there to make an inquiry and was patiently waiting for my turn. Instead of responding in a professional manner, he misbehaved with me in a very rude and disrespectful way. When we tried to correct him about how to behave with a girl, his reaction was still inappropriate and unacceptable. It is extremely disappointing to see such behavior from someone working in a customer-facing role. In fact, it seems that he regularly misbehaves with female visitors, and his choice of words is often cheap and disgusting. Such conduct not only creates an unsafe and uncomfortable environment but also damages the reputation of the gym. I strongly believe the management should take strict action, provide proper training in customer interaction, and ensure that such behavior is not tolerated at any cost.
