Though it is a non A-C gym you wouldn't feel lack of ventilation or fresh air . It is perfectly ventilated with the sounds of bad music choices of our common trainer :) It contains all the essentials required for lifting like cable machine , lat pullovers, seated rowing and almost everything. I am currently in the morning batch and that is pretty nice like everyone one who is their now in the morning batch are great ,like the culture is well you will lift harder since everyone around is doing so and whenever you are out of safety, there will always be someone to support your ego lifting ! ;) So pretty well not a very luxurious one but will give you ample ingredients for muscle building and cardio, may find difficult if you are on the advanced level .
