Best fitness studio in Varanasi. They have everything from Strength training,MMA, Yoga, Dance, Kickboxing, CrossFit and Pilates.

TFC is a fun-filled workout space. The classes are a mix pool of kickboxing, strength, yoga and various other creative forms of exercises. Members enjoy the flexibility to choose their exercise batch based on their interest and availability. Above all, the trainers are all super energetic, knowledgeable, supportive, friendly and motivating. Would definitely recommend TFC to anybody and everybody who's looking for a space to support in their fitness journey.
The fitness collective is by far the best fitness space i have walked into. They offer varied classes like yoga, strength training, kickboxing, dance fitness, pilates and many more, all of which are conducted by v knowledgeable trainers. They put utmost important to our form while doing any exercise. I am glad I signed up.
I have been attending group classes at TFC from past 4 months now and honestly it's my favourite place where I just come to feel good and improve myself. The coaches are really well trained and teach everything really well and pay proper attention to everyone in the group class. I like how well organised the batches are because it perfectly fits my schedule and I don't have to worry about what should I do at TFC today as the coaches pre plan the workout and guide accordingly. Yoga, and kickboxing are my most favourite, other formats are really good too. Really unique concept and much needed in today's time. Plus I like how it's a safe space for everyone unlike gyms.

I feel more confident, focused, and capable of handling challenges, both in my personal and professional life.
To make my experience even better, it would be helpful to have more variety in workouts, including different levels of intensity.
My fitness goals for the upcoming year include building more strength, especially in my core and upper body, and increasing my endurance through cardio. I also want to focus on improving flexibility and mobility to prevent injuries.

My daughter joined summer camp...it's sth different frm regular fitness classes...they hv many forms like kicking,yoga,dance,zumba and many more...my daughter was very happy
