POWERHOUSE GYM

The gym is not women friendly. My sister used to go there, initially the crowd was low and the staff behaviour was good and respectful. As the popularity increased the staff became more and more cocky and started commenting and teasing the female crowd. There's a sticker on a wall there labelled "ONE MORE RAPE" (instead of one more rep). On multiple requests to remove it, they ignored it. The gym is filled with college going students. Although they are not ill behaved, this attitude of the gym owners will eventually lead the situation spiralling out of control in no time.

Considering the area in which this Gym is, by far it is one of the best in this Area of Varansi. The trainers are also very down to earth and help a lot while performing the Exercise. Most of the machines are available in this Gym.

Considering the location gym is ok....if you are girl at intermediate or advanced level of gym then it means you don't need much help of trainer then it's good for you but if you are beginner then trainer is not that active to help you...he won't care that much to help you but if you are a boy then gym is best for you at any level...beginners, intermediate or advanced level. Trainers give full focus to boys. Not interested in training girls. You are on your own.

Absolutely the best gym in varanasi. It has an very high quality and healthy atmosphere to workout . The coaches are friendly and awesome. The equipment are great. If u want to workout in a friendly and healthy atmosphere u can definitely come here
