I mostly stay outstation of varanasi, but whenever I am back on holidays... this neighbourhood gym helps me to continue my daily regime. They are very well equipped with the latest fitness machines and do provide a proper regime and diet plan for the timeline you offer

The trainer's r dumb n illiterate here.
They don't know how to treat women customer....
Firstly they will beg for Personal Training like doggy after taking Personal Training they will treat good, but from 2nd or 3rd month they will try to Ignore and tries to demotivate by passing your activities with other people/customers and tries to get fight with other customers/trainers..
