I have been coming to this gym for almost 2 months. Must say one of the best place for workout. Trainer is excellent. The most precious thing is that rather than concentrating on only machines, the trainer made sure that free hand along with arobics, yoga should be given equal importance. Highly satisfied with my choice which I made joining this gym. Highly recommended

Sandhya ma'am is an excellent trainer.very knowledgeable and patient.she always know when to push & when to let me move at my own pace,all with a running commentary of encouragement and positive feedback.i could not have asked for a better person to get me back to a great excercise program after a long absence..I must say its a good and nice gym with ambience management and also co workout buddies are very friendly and positive.thanks a ton ma'am for your guidance and beautiful training.. The worst gym I have visited till now!! I went there with my wife and the moment I entered, the owner of the gym (Poonam) started yelling as if I am a god damn criminal. You aren't allowed inside, is a women's gym bla bla! As my wife is a foreign national I only went with her to help her communicate with the person in charge there!! This person Poonam is a very rude, impolite and illiterare kind of person. Her behvaviours says it all. I would never suggest anyone to join this gym!! We are highly disappointed!!
