Gold's Fit

Overall gym is pretty decent for a tier 3 city like Varanasi. Though the equipments are not the best, they have Matrix's machines which is just okay. But they don't have any adductor/abductor machine which is crucial for overall leg development. They have a t bar row, but it's literally such a useless piece of equipment, there is no support, stability is such an issue that it's better to do a Barbell bent over row than the tbar row they've. My critique would be to add an adductor machine for legs, and at least a chest supported t bar row or any form of row machine. If you wanna target your traps, you're stuck with cable row which is so easy to max out even with a single hand. I've maxed cable rows, and if I want to reach true muscular failure I'd have to do over 25 reps which is impractical. Also a point of my criticism for the gym is that they don't have maintained machines, almost every single machine has a few stacks unmarked which is such a deal breaker since if you're a serious gym goer who priorities his lifts, then you can't even track since machines don't have weight markings on them. To sum it up, please get an adductor, and a chest supported row machine. The gym recently bought a hack squat machine, and a dual cable machine which is a great addition in the gym. But they should get 2 more machines, adductors and a chest supported row machine.

I've been training at Gold's Fit Gym for several months now, and without a doubt, it's one of the most rewarding choices I've made for my health and fitness. From the moment you step inside, you're welcomed by an upbeat, motivating atmosphere that instantly fuels your drive to push harder, go further, and stay consistent with your goals. The trainers at Gold's Fit Gym are not only highly skilled but also incredibly approachable and supportive.

Great atmosphere, clean place, the trainers are also very responsive. One of the best gyms I've been to, and probably the best gym currently in varanasi. This gym would be a solid 5/5, if they had a rowing machine, which would be a nice addition to the gym since the machine is highly useful , it can be a chest supported t bar row or just a machine row. Another machine recommendation is Standing Calf raise, they have the seating calf raises machine but it's proven in studies that standing calf raises are better for growth for the gastroc part of the calf, and produces the same growth for the soleus as well. If they add these 2 pieces of equipment as well then this gym would be a 5/5 no questions asked.

Surely one of the best gym in the city, well maintained equipment and machines and great cleanliness, has a separate area for Cross fits and calisthenics which is really helpful, the trainers are really cooperative

It's the best gym in Varanasi, great crowd and the best quality weight machines. They have the best cardio line and I have to never wait for trade mills. Mornings and evenings are a little crowded but it's very peaceful and nice during the afternoons. The coaches and trainers are very helpful and they have the best outdoor aesthetics training area.

GUYS GUYS GUYS! Please be informed. They are fraudulently using the name of golds gym chain.. they are 'golds fit'.. faking it to look like goods gym chain.. n they dont even allow trials.. so realise its a mediocre gym .. pay only for what you get !!
