I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this gym. When I inquired about the prices, the receptionist responded rudely. I simply mentioned to my friend that there was no discount, and the staff started abusing me. When I said that the gym did not seem worth the price, they went further and used offensive language, even threatening to call people to confront us.
On top of that, the AC is not sufficient for the number of people in the gym, which makes the environment very uncomfortable.
No customer should ever be treated this way. A gym should maintain professionalism, provide proper facilities, and create a safe environment but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
