One of the best gyms in Prayagraj. This has got great music system and also dedicated floors for different workout sections. First floor has the cardio section along with the changing rooms and reception. Second floor is completely dedicated to the strength and weight training. Multi functional high end machines and supportive staff. CrossFit section has got variety of workout options and it at the groundfloor.

The ambiance and equipments are great. Ample section devoted to weightlifting area. However I'd recommend the gym management to provide rubber mats instead of slippery mats to prevent any mishaps while lifting! Great overall!

Well one of the most expensive gyms of the city, but what bothers me is 1) The deadlift platform completely broken deadlift platform with visible dents and wood coming out. 2) There isn't any good Barbells In this place the barbells are old and rusty with no good Knurling. Also there isn't any chalk bowl.also very old equipment 3) yes lockers and steam are good ,but the main focus of a gym should be on lifting area and that isn't very good, and no dedicated area for powerlifting or heavy lifting . There are other gyms in city with same or even better facilities at much affordable prices. 4) also it looks most trainers are here only on steroids because they have built a physique but don't know how to squat or deadlift properly and have no knowledge on how to handle heavy weights.
